I'm Erica, Eri for short unless I work with you, then you probably only know me as "Steller." I love my kids, love my family, love my friends and love my job. People don't really say that and mean it but, for me, its true. My kids are my life. I will fight any and all battles for them. I have a 9-year-old son, Troy who thinks he's the man of the house. He's an honor student and is currently rocking the 4th grade... Where has the time gone??? My daughter, Kendra is my mini-me (poor kid!) with a fiery attitude and a heart of gold. She's facing a number of challenges including Persuasive Developmental Disorder (NOS), ADHD, is Learning Disabled, Dyslexic and most recently diagnosed, compulsive. Diagnosis of bipolar is pending. I'm always interested in chatting with other parents that are working hard to advocate for their children in school and in life in general.
In my work-life, I'm the head of Non-Profit Communications Measurement at KDPaine & Partners,led by the Social Media Guru herself, Katie Paine (AKA the Queen of Measurement). With a non-profit background, and more than two-years building, developing and overseeing non-profit measurement analysis, I work hard to ensure that non-profit PR professionals, marketers and social media experts understand the impact of their efforts through qualitative and quantitative research. Beyond the measurement dashboard and media collection (be it Social media or Mainstream from Associated Press to YouTube) I help non-profit communications teams get the answers they need to make better decisions for their causes. Want to increase donation rates, volunteers, members, supporters? I can show you how your media decisions can impact the bottom line and do just that.

In my school-life, I'm currently pursuing a Masters in Marketing Degree at Southern NH University. I currently hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, an Associate in Arts and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies, all from Granite State College.

I absolutely despise Captchas. I hate it when people make fart noises with their mouth. I love tacos and can (and have) eat at Taco Bell three times in one day. I drive a Mitsubishi Lancer. It's pretty freaking hot. I've been beat on and beat down and I always get right back up. Good and Plenty's are the best candies in the world. I love taking pictures. I suck at getting film developed and digitals printed. I stay up too late at night. I hate to get out of bed in the morning. I say Whatever way too often. I live in the sticks. Love to look at the snow, from a distance.
